Dumpling Daughter Takeover

Local favorite Dumpling Daughter takes over Center Stage station during dinner at Lower on Wednesday, March 19, with their famous dumplings, scallion pancakes, and more. Dumpling Daughter founder Nadia Liu Spellman will sign cookbooks and give out samples. Plus, we’re giving away autographed cookbooks to 15 lucky winners! Follow us for more details!

Sustainable Supper

We’re hosting a Sustainable Supper culinary showcase focusing on reducing food waste and maximizing ingredients to create delicious and sustainable dishes. Try cream of broccoli in a bread boule, pasta with kale and squash pesto, beef & vegetable puff pastries, and more.

Ramadan

Throughout Ramadan, Lower, McElroy, and Stuart dining halls will have at least two of the following meals at dinner: Vegetarian, Fish, and/or Halal chicken. Halal chicken will be served in at least one of the three main dining halls each night during dinner!

National Nutrition Month

We’re hosting nutrition events all month, including Superfood Bowl at Brookline Dining on 3/12 and Whole Grain Day celebrations on 3/26 at Lower and Brookline Dining. We will also highlight lentils as part of a nutritious and sustainable lifestyle at Carney’s Sustainable Supper. Plus, look for us at the Rec Center for pre- and post-workout fueling info.
